Just had an idea – could the fence become an “Art Fence”? For example in the lead up to Easter are there any creative sorts who could hang some sheets painted with Easter themes – or just ol’ caps and hats as per Easter Bonnets theme.
Then Christmas Decorations over the Christmas period etc.???
