Hate hoons? – Middleton Beach Group gets Roadwise!
Hoons. One of our pet hates – for all sorts of reasons.
Well, now’s your chance to take a positive step and make a difference!
This from Jane Mouritz:
Hi TMG!
Please can we have a VOLUNTEER to attend the next ROADWISE meeting – being held at City Council offices on Tuesday 8th December 2009 at 9.30 am. You have been invited as a delegate of TMBG by Sgt Nigel Fiander – particularly to raise the issue of ongoing hoon disturbances at Middleton Beach – potentially to gain Roadwise support for CCTV video surveillance on the area or other alternative solutions. regards Jane Mouritz
PS Please call me on mobile to confirm if you can volunteer.
So if hoon behaviour at Middleton Beach gets under your skin, this is the perfect chance for you to step up and make a difference for all who use the beach.
Let us know if that person is you!
Hello Middleton Beach Group – hope Christmas has been terrific for everyone.
Now I am hoping some of you may help us with the Umbrella surveys for 15,16,17 and 18th January.
Have you given your names to Pat Kerruish, Susie Potter or Nan Anderson to let them know when you can help with the Umbrella Survey roster? These ladies have been compiling a short survey and we will have printed copies to hand out to all interested beach and precinct users – both at Emu Point and Middleton Beach.
I am looking forward to so interesting ideas……see you att he beach very soon after new year.
Happy New Year – regards Jane Mouritz
